All of our pork is grown entirely free range from pigs born and raised on our farm. We also sell pork by the breed, as each breed has its own unique taste, as do the hybrid pigs which offer a combination of taste, texture and marbling from the parent breeds. This ensures that our pork is succulent, tender, dark in colour and depending upon the breed, contains nice fat marbling throughout the meat.
Our pure breeds are available upon request and include Tamworth, Duroc and Large White. We also produce pork from any combination of these breeds as well as Saddleback crosses. All pork that we produce is dispatched at Wollondilly Abattoir and prepared and packaged at Marulan Meats.

Below you will find our full menu of fresh and smoked goods which also includes each products price per kilogram. All of our small cuts and smoked goods come fresh (never frozen) and fully vacuum sealed. Our small cuts and smoked goods are usually packed in two or four portions and larger cuts such as roasts and hams are packaged singally.

Custom & Wholesale Orders
Custom orders can be placed with us one week in advance or two weeks in advance during busy holiday periods. Custom orders include spit pigs, non aus meat cuts, sides/whole carcass’s, smoked goods and bulk orders. Please proceed to our online shop or fill out an inquiry form to place your order.
*Spit pigs are $13 per kilo carcass weight plus an additional $50 for processing. This is the entire carcass, head on, as it comes processed from the abattoirs. Spit pigs are usually around a 22-25kg carcass weight. We can do smaller or bigger pigs to order. All spit pig orders require 2 weeks notice to allow for stock selection and processing.
For commercial businesses such as caterers, butchers, restaurants and delis we offer whole sale prices on small cuts, smoked goods, spit pigs and whole carcasses.
